I’ve spent a long time wondering about people.
Not in the abstract.
In real life.
In offices. In boardrooms. In interviews. In uncomfortable conversations. In those five-minute hallway chats where someone tells you something they probably weren’t planning to tell you. I’ve always been fascinated by the little things that reveal who someone really is.
The way someone handles being challenged.
What they do when things go wrong.
Who they become when they’re given more responsibility.
Who they make better just by being around.
After enough years, you start to appreciate how much you can learn by simply paying attention. That curiosity became a career in HR. And eventually, it became Teameo.
Teameo is intentionally different from the traditional model. It’s not built around a giant bench of consultants or a complicated hierarchy. It’s a carefully chosen group of experienced HR and talent professionals, people I trust, people I would call myself, and people who bring their own perspective to the work.
I like that.
Because I don't think good work requires a lot of people.
I think it requires the right people.
And people who are willing to care about the details.
